I designed this 12-week course to meet the needs of those struggling with binge eating, emotional eating, or food addiction. When we're working to live the PFL principles but STILL find ourselves falling victim to old habits, we know it's time to attack the subconscious layer of our emotions. In this course I'll mentor you on the step-by-step process to doing this.
